From Personal Healing to Professional Guidance
My wellness journey began long before Consciously Free existed. It started with years of navigating symptoms that disrupted my daily life—irregular cycles, fatigue, hormonal imbalance—and being handed prescriptions without a conversation about nutrition, environment, or lifestyle. The approach felt dismissive. I wasn’t interested in band-aids; I wanted answers, support, and long-term healing.
So, I started digging. I immersed myself in the world of functional nutrition, holistic wellness, and root-cause healing. I began experimenting with food as medicine, eliminating inflammatory ingredients, learning to manage stress, and simplifying how I cared for myself—stronger, clearer, and more connected to my body than ever before.
Friends and family began to notice. They’d ask for help navigating their own symptoms or sorting through the noise of conflicting health advice. I realized how much more people were craving support—not just information, but guidance that felt realistic, personalized, and empowering.
That’s what led me to pursue formal training and certifications in functional nutrition and holistic health. Today, I combine that education with lived experience to support clients with tools that feel achievable, not overwhelming—focused on nourishment, lifestyle, and sustainable shifts. What began as a personal journey evolved into a deeper calling. Consciously Free was born from the belief that healing doesn’t have to feel extreme or complicated.
